How it all started: The idea of Pavvia sparked in 2019. Pavvia was born because we believe in facilitating project flow for both individuals and companies throughout the whole process. We are a team of experts, engineers, and freelancers who have gathered from all around the world (such as North America, Australia, Europe) to do our absolute best in providing a better experience for you and accompanying you through the completion of your project. Step 1: You can tell us about your project by filling the form in contact us page or email us your request directly. Your request will be checked by one of our support team members and will be distributed to the relative expert group.

Step 2: The relative expert team member will contact you to discuss every detail of your project step by step. You will be asked to upload or send your project with details. Then we will come back with a free quote and the deadline for the project. (No payment will be required in this step)

Step 3: If the terms are agreeable, the first payment (40% of the total cost) will be required as a deposit.

Step 4: One third of the project will be completed and we will get your feedback. We will make necessary modifications until you are completely satisfied. After your approval, the second payment (30% of the total cost) will be due.

Step 5: Two thirds of the project will be complete and we will make the final changes requested by you and continue to complete the remainder of the project. The final payment (final 30% of the total cost) will be due at this time.

Step 6: Now your project will have been completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. Lastly, we will ask your final feedback and will put the finishing touches to accomplish your complete satisfaction.
